The matrix is 96% aluminum oxide ceramic, with good thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength. The resistor film with precious metal ruthenium slurry, with stable electrical properties.
● Due to our Non-Inductive design, the ZMP120 series is ideally suited for high-frequency and pulse-loading applications.
● Power device is available in up to five different layouts.
