600W Thick Film High Power Resistor cooled by Auxiliary Heatsink

●The Height of ZMP600 series is 26.5mm(other height 30/32/40/47mm is also available).

●Screen printing, resistor film printed layer with thickness of tens of microns, sintered at temperature. The matrix is 96% aluminum oxide ceramic, with good thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength.The resistor film with precious metal ruthenium slurry, with stable electrical properties;
● The ZMP600 ultra high power resistor has an operating power of 600W and is easy to mount on the heat sink, the ambient temperature here refers to the bottom case temperature of the resistor,which is generally referred to as the temperature in the center of the bottom case;
● Surfaces in contact must be carefully cleaned;
● The heatsink must have an acceptable flatness: From 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm/100 mm;
● Power Resistor for mounting onto a heatsink thick film technology, attachment to an air cooled or water cooled heat sink is necessary.
In order to improve thermal conductivity, surfaces in contact (ceramic, heatsink) should be coated with a silicone grease；
● Connection screw thread M5(Standard M5,M4 on request),connector height available from 26.5 to 47 mm；
● The fastening of the resistor to the heatsink is under pressure control of two screws tightened at 2 Nm for full power availability;
