High Voltage Load Bank

● ZENITHSUN High Voltage Load Bank is used for the detection and maintenance of high voltage power supply equipment, load balancing, simulated load test, etc.

● Protection functions are options: Short circuit, over-current, over-voltage, over-load, over temperature, fan fault, audible and visual alarm device, etc.
● If the high voltage load bank is made into oil cooled type, the oil cooling system can be equipped with motor, oil pump, air-cooled radiator, oil filter and oil pipe.The oil is pumped from the bottom of the oil tank and fed from the top. There is a switch at the pumping port. When cleaning the oil filter, turn off the pumping switch, then turn off the power supply of the motor, remove the oil filter and blow off the imputities with an air gun. It is recommended to use the sub cooling radiator, which is better than the natural heat dissipation of copper pipe, and the oil temperature will be lower.

The installion place of load bank should be dry and ventilative. There is no flammable, explosive and corrosive materials around load bank. Due to resistors are heaters, the temperature of the load bank will be higher and higher, there should be leave some space around the load bank, avoid the influence of outside heat source.
